Glaze for Pork Roast

  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup Port wine
  • 1 tbls prepared yellow mustard
DIRECTIONS
  1. In saucepan combine all ingredients
  2. Simmer until smooth, stirring occasionally
  3. Brush on roast about 30 minutes before its done
