Gluten-free Chocolatey Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 10-12

  • Dry ingredients
  • 1c Almond flour
  • 1/2 c ground flaxseed
  • 1 1/2c Oats
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • Wet ingredients
  • 1 egg (beat w 1 Tbsp water)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c grape seed oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients then add:
  2. 1/2 c choc chips
  3. 1/2 c shredded coconut
  4. 1/2 c raisins
  5. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
