Grand-Ma-Ma's Deviled Eggs

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika
DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove shells from eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and put in a bowl with all of the remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the halved egg whites.
  4. Top with paprika.

My grandmother made these eggs for every special occasion. They're still my favorite version of deviled eggs.
