Grandma's Creamy Fruit Salad

  • 1 can pineapple chunks in juice, drained (20 ozs)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (11 ozs)
  • I cup canned or store bought peaches, drained
  • 1 cup marachino cherries
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream (can also use cool whip or half of each)
  1. Mix all ingredients together well ahead of serving time to meld flavors and chill for a couple of hours at least.
  2. Any combo of fruits works!
So simple and so good, this is one of those recipes that just brings grandma to our table even though she is gone.
