Granma Robbie’s Rice
INGREDIENTS

  •  1 cup of basmati rice
  •  1 tbsp olive oil
  •  ½ diced white onion
  •  2 cups chicken stock
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sauté onion in olive oil in a small pot on medium. Add rice and slowly add stock. Adding more as it gets absorbed. Cooked covered and stir often.

I don't like plain white rice but my boyfriend loves it so I find this rice is perfect for everyone and goes with everything.
