Grass hopper frozen Yogurt
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 envelope whipped topping mix
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons crème de menthe liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons crème de cacao liquor
  • 1 and ½ cups low fat yogurt
  • ½ cup Andes mints.
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a medium bowl add the milk to the topping mix, stir then add the sugar, liquor and yogurt.
  2. Put in the ice cream maker.
  3. Five minutes before it’s done add the andies mints.
