Greek Salad

- Pkg of romaine lettuce or spring mix
- 1 can whole black olives
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 diced tomato
- feta cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 squeezed lemon
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- mix all ingredients down to the feta cheese. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and lemon juice (could add more or less depending on your tastes), and salt and pepper. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Let sit for flavors to mesh. Top with additional feta cheese if so desired. :)
