Green Eggs and Salmon

- 4 organic eggs
- 1 small organic green bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 small fillet shredded salmon already cooked, (you can use canned)
- kosher salt
- white pepper
- olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- place oil in pan and whip up your eggs how you like gently in the pan next adding salmon and seasonings, Blend onion and pepper in the blender and then just mix in with your scrambled eggs and salmon dish. Cover with a lid until ready to put on a plate and serve.
- You can add mushrooms also, just saute up first then using the same pan, keeping the mushrooms in add your eggs and continue from there.
