Green beans Parmesan

  • 2lb green beans cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbls chopped anchovies
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put everything into bowl and toss
  2. Chill at least 2 hours
