Grilled Corn with Mint Butter

- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ears corn
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare grill. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Combine butter, mint, lemon juice, pepper, cilantro and salt; stir well.
- Place corn on prepared grill rackfor 10 minutes or until done, turning frequently. Place corn on platter and brush with butter mixture
