Grilled Pizza
INGREDIENTS

  • - 1 cup warm water
  • - 1 teaspoon honey
  • - 1 package of dry yeast
  • - 1¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • - 1¼ cup high gluten flour or all purpose flour
  • - 1 teaspoon salt
  • - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine water, honey and yeast.
  2. Let stand until foaming.
  3. Add to flour mixture, mix well.
  4. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.
  5. Form dough into a ball, oiled.
  6. Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  7. Punch dough down, let rest 10 minutes.
