Guilt free Breakfast Casserole
  • 6 eggs worth of egg beaters
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg turkey breakfast sausage, browned & drained
  • 1 cup Fat-free or reduced fat grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices sugar-free wheat bread
  1. Cook sausage, and drain. Beat together egg substitute, milk & salt. Spray 13x9 baking dish with Pam. Put cubed bread in bottom of pan, add sausage, then cheese, then pour over the egg mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
I love these make ahead breakfast casseroles, and so does my family. This was a way that I could continue to enjoy them after surgery.
