Guilt free Breakfast Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs worth of egg beaters
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pkg turkey breakfast sausage, browned & drained
- 1 cup Fat-free or reduced fat grated cheddar cheese
- 4 slices sugar-free wheat bread
DIRECTIONS
- Cook sausage, and drain. Beat together egg substitute, milk & salt. Spray 13x9 baking dish with Pam. Put cubed bread in bottom of pan, add sausage, then cheese, then pour over the egg mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
