  • 1/2 lb. smoked ham
  • 1 lb. fresh pork
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Syrup
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1½ tspn dry mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Ham Balls
  2. Grind meats together, add remaining ingredients.
  3. Shape into 2 inch balls. Place in shallow baking dish.
  4. Cover with syrup
  5. Bake 1 ½ hours at 350
  6. Syrup
  7. Mix together until well blended
