- 1/2 lb. smoked ham
- 1 lb. fresh pork
- 2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tspn salt
- 2 eggs
- Syrup
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup water
- 1½ tspn dry mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Ham Balls
- Grind meats together, add remaining ingredients.
- Shape into 2 inch balls. Place in shallow baking dish.
- Cover with syrup
- Bake 1 ½ hours at 350
