Hash Brown Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8 oz carton sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • corn flakes, crushed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place potatoes in greased pan.
  2. Mix soup, butter, cheese, sour cream, salt & pepper and onion together. Pour over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
