Healthy BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS

- 4 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Fuji Apple, diced (leave skin on)
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Coriander
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
- 2 tbsp. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 tbsp. Honey
DIRECTIONS
- Dice all of your ingredients.
- Add all the ingredients into a pot, cover and simmer on medium/low for about 30-40 mins.
- (DONT boil it)
- After it is done, it should begin to look saucy but chunky. At this point, turn the heat off.
- Remove the bay leaf and use a hand mixer to blend the sauce.
