Healthy BBQ Sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30-40
  • Preparation Time: 15
  • 4 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Fuji Apple, diced (leave skin on)
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. Honey
DIRECTIONS
  1. Dice all of your ingredients.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a pot, cover and simmer on medium/low for about 30-40 mins.
  3. (DONT boil it)
  4. After it is done, it should begin to look saucy but chunky. At this point, turn the heat off.
  5. Remove the bay leaf and use a hand mixer to blend the sauce.
