Healthy Strawberry Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek  Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Whey Protein, vanilla flavor
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour the milk into a blender or food processor.  Add yogurt; add sliced strawberries, flaxseed, honey and Whey protein.  Process for 30 seconds!
