• 2 oz White Rum
• Juice of 2 Limes (small limes)
• Juice of 1/2 Grapefruit or Ruby Red Grapefruit
• 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1/4 oz Cane Syrup

1. Build all ingredients over crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Give it a quick, sharp shake or two and pour into the Collins glass. Garnish with part of a spent lime shell.

Made best with small limes like key limes. I also like using ruby red grapefruit juice over regular grapefruit juice.
