Herb, Garlic and Almond Encrusted Pork Chops
  • milk
  • 2 pork chops
  • RUB:
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dried thyme
  • sage
  • chopped fresh garlic (1 clove is probably enough)
  • chopped almond slices.
  1. Marinate 2 pork chops in milk (yes milk!) for about an hour.
  2. Take your coated pork chops and coat them in the rub.
  3. Fry them in the cast iron pan over medium-high heat with a little olive oil for about 5-6 minutes on each side, let them sit for a couple of minutes before serving to ensure they are cooked all the way through.
Serves 2 - can easily be doubled, etc. The result: a fragrantly delicious and juicy piece of pork!
