Herb, Garlic and Almond Encrusted Pork Chops
- 2 pork chops
- dried thyme
- chopped fresh garlic (1 clove is probably enough)
- chopped almond slices.
- Marinate 2 pork chops in milk (yes milk!) for about an hour.
- Take your coated pork chops and coat them in the rub.
- Fry them in the cast iron pan over medium-high heat with a little olive oil for about 5-6 minutes on each side, let them sit for a couple of minutes before serving to ensure they are cooked all the way through.
