Homemade Italian Sausage

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 t. fennel seeds
  • 2 t. minced garlic
  • 1 t. paprika
  • 1 t. dried thyme
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix seasoning and then mix it into the ground pork.

We couldn't get sausage in Japan, but had ready access to ground pork. This is the recipe I used to make my own.
