Hopscotch candy
  • 1 6oz pkg butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 3oz can chow mein noodles
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  1. Melt butterscotch chips in a double boiler over boiling water. Stir in peanut butter until mixture is smooth and creamy. In a large bowl, mix marshmallows and chow mein noodles. Pour butterscotch mixture over the marshmallow and noodle mixture. Stir until set, or pour mixture into buttered 9 inch square pan and chill and set; cut into squares.
