Hot Artichoke Dip AKA

  • 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
DIRECTIONS
  1. Chop the artichokes coarsely. Add Parmesan, cream cheese, mayo, dill and garlic. Process until smooth. Scrape into a 10" pie plate and bake at 350° about 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
Although this is delicious and one of my favorites hot dips, it's not so much Adam's favorite, hence the nickname (doesn't know what he's missing and he never gave it a try!)
