Hot Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can artichokes finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, graded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped (optional)
  • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 40 minutes, until bubbly.
