Hot Crab Dip
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 16 ounce package crab meat
  • 1 8 ounce container Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Finely chop onion.
  2. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, hot sauce and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Transfer mixture into two small ramekins and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve over crackers.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
