Hot Fudge

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add chocolate and boiling water. Cook, stir, when thick take off stove and add butter and vanilla. Stir and drizzle over ice cream.
