- 2 cans Garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of paprika
- Place beans, tahini, lemon juice and garlic into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
