Iced veggie smoothie
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 carottes,
  • 1 stick of celery
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour all liquid ingredients into a blender. Add the veggies, peeled and chopped, then the ice cubes.
  2. Blend for at least 3 minutes.
