Indonesian Peanut Sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 2
  • 1/3 c. natural smooth peanut butter
  • 1/3 c. + 1 tbsp. coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. red chili paste or sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • sugar, to taste
  • salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a dish, combine the peanut butter and coconut milk and mix thoroughly. Add the chili paste, garlic and lime juice and mix until combined. Add sugar and salt to taste. If not using right away, store the sauce in a tightly sealed container for up to two days.
