Jack Daniels Pecan Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pillsbury pie crust
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup stick butter melted
- 1 cup dark karo syrup
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 2 tbsp Jack Daniels
DIRECTIONS
- Beat sugar, butter, karo syrup, and eggs until well blended. Stir in pecans and Jack Daniels. Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 - 50 minutes until center is set.
- I usually bake the crust for about 5 minutes before I add the filling to make sure the bottom is fully cooked then I add the filling and bake for the 40 - 50 minutes.
