Kim's Cheese Ball
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 C shredded cheddar
  • 1 C mayo
  • Garlic salt
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 bag chopped pecans or walnuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Divide in two
  3. wrap each ball in cling wrap and aluminum foil
  4. Refrigerate 8-12 hours
  5. Serve with crackers or pretzel thins
