  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 1/8 cups puffed rice cereal
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Crust:
  2. Mix together 1/3 cup peanut butter, corn syrup, and rice cereal.
  3. Pat into the bottom of 2 - 9 inch pie plates.
  4. Filling:
  5. Mix softened ice cream with 1/4 cup peanut butter.
  6. Spread into the crusts.
  7. Freeze.
