Kumquat Jam

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pint kumquats
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small bottle cherries
  • sugar as needed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove seeds from kumquats and juice from lemons. Put through a food chopper. Add pineapple, lemon juice and quartered cherries. Mix and measure and add 1 cup of sugar for each cup of fruit. Simmer 1 hour or until thick. Seal in glass jars.
