- 1 pint kumquats
- 2 lemons
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 1 small bottle cherries
- sugar as needed
- Remove seeds from kumquats and juice from lemons. Put through a food chopper. Add pineapple, lemon juice and quartered cherries. Mix and measure and add 1 cup of sugar for each cup of fruit. Simmer 1 hour or until thick. Seal in glass jars.
