  • 1/3- CUP LEMON JUICE
  • 2 -TEASP. HONEY
  • 1/2- CUP BASIL LEAVES
  • 3 -TBLSP.SOY SAUCE
  • 1/4 -TSP. POWDERED GINGER
  • 1/4 -CUP CHOPPED SCALLIONS OR LEEKS
  • 2- TABLSP.RICE VINEGAR OR WHITE WINE
  • 1/2-CUP OLIVE OIL
DIRECTIONS
  1. IN A BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND STIR TIL WELL BLENDED.MARINATE FISH OR CHICKEN FOR SEVERAL HOURS OR OVERNIGHT BEFORE GRILLING.
