Left-over Mexican Turkey Soup

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 c. water
  • 8 tsp chicken granuales
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. carrots, diced
  • 1 lg. potato, diced
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cups left over turkey, bite sized pieces
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place everything in crock pot. Cook 7-9 hours on low setting
