Leftover Ham and Potato Soup

- * 3/4 cups chopped ham
- * 2 3/4 cups water
- * 2 Tbl. dehydrated onion
- * 1 rib celery, chopped
- * 4 med. potatoes, cubed small
- * 2 cups milk
- * 5 Tbl. instant roasted garlic potatoes
- * 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- * salt and pepper to taste
- * extra cheese for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Directions
- 1. In a large saucepan combine water, celery, dried onions, salt, pepper and potatoes.
- 2. Bring to a boil
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer 20 min or until potatoes are tender
- 4. Add milk, ham and instant potatoes
- 5. Add cheese and stir until melted
- 6. Garnish with more cheese when served
