Lemon Bar Cake

INGREDIENTS
- 1 - 18.25 oz. - box lemon cake mix
- 1 can - 20 oz. - lemon pie filling
- Zest of 2 lemon
- 4 eggs
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a 20 x 15" jellyroll pan and bake @ 325ºF for 20 minutes. You may frost with your favorite frosting or use Cool Whip mixed with lemon zest
- Garnish with Spice Gum Drops or thin candied lemon slices.
