Lemon Whipper Snappers
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
DIRECTIONS
- Combine cake mix, Cool Whip and egg in a large bowl, mix well. Drop by teaspoon in powdered sugar, roll to coat. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on greased cookies sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
