Leslie's Chocolate Cake

- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cups oil
- 3 Tablespoons vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Tablespoons baking soda
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon red food coloring
DIRECTIONS
- Mix above ingredients well. Portion into cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
