Leslie's Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups oil
  • 3 Tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons baking soda
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix above ingredients well. Portion into cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
