• 2 egg whites (I know use powdered egg whites for safety reasons.)
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup Crisco
• dash salt
• 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. Beat egg whites until stiff, slowly add powdered sugar a little at a time, then blend in other ingredients.

This is absolutely the best icing ever. I like this so much better than buttercream icing.
