• 2 shots brandy
• 1 shot triple sec
• 1 shot frozen lime concentrate
• 1/2 lime, peeled
• handful of ice

1. Blend the first four ingredients in the Vitamix for 20 seconds until well mixed and the lime has liquefied.
2. Add the ice and blend on high for 10 seconds.
3. Serve on the rocks in a small brandy snifter glass.

This recipe was shared by my brother, Brent, at a recent picnic in Seattle. It’s kinda like a brandy margarita. I’m not a fan of brandy, but this was really yummy!
