Low Cal Apple Muffins
INGREDIENTS

  • 3 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 T Sugar
  • 1/2t orange extract
  • 1/2t vanilla
  • 1/4t cinnamon
  • 1/4t nutmeg
  • 3 slices of white bread
DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel,core then grate apples and set aside.
  2. Beat eggs then add spices, break bread into small pieces and add to mixture, blend in apples, put into 6 muffin tins, line with paper or use cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 375 for 45 min
  4. 40 cal per muffin
