Low Fat Sandwich - SW

- 2 Small wholemeal loaf slices
- 1 tbsp extra light mayonnaise
- Prawns/Tuna/Salmon - cooked/frozen/canned
- diced Cucumber/Sweetcorn/Chopped pepper
- Fresh chives or other herb
DIRECTIONS
- Basically, defrost the prawns if frozen or drain water out of fish tin
- Chop some cucumber slices and dice or whatever veg youre having
- Mix with mayo and spread onto bread
- Tah dah! Sandwich made :D
