Low Fat Sweet Apples' Latkes (Kosher-Pareve)
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 apples (peeled and shredded)
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar (3 Tbsp.)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5-6 tablespoons flour (white or whole)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (1-1/2 tsp.)
  • cooking spray
DIRECTIONS

  2. Low-Fat, sweet, and usually suitable to any Holiday. Traditionally, we enjoy them on Hanukah. something a little different than the traditional potato.Great with sour cream, apple sauce, whip cream or just hot from the pan....

  5. 2 large eggs
  6. 5-6 tablespoons flour (white or whole)
  7. 1 tablespoon cinnamon (1-1/2 tsp.)
  8. cooking spray
  9. 1. Mix all ingredients.
  10. 2. Spray a backing pan. (lined with non-stick foil)
  11. 3. Using two tablespoons, form latkes in the pan. (1/4 cup cookie scoop, then flattened with a fork)
  12. 4. Bake in 350°F. (425 F. for 10 min. then turned and baked for 10 more minutes)
  13. 5. Turn Latkes over till both sides golden-brown.
  14. 6. Nutrional Values per 1 serving: 59 Calories, 11 grams Carbohydrates, 1.5 grams Protein, 1 grams Fat, 36 Milligrams Cholesterol, 15.25% Fat!
