Mac N' Cheese

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 ounce box of elbow macaroni
  • 1 - 8 ounce pkg. of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 - 12 ounce pkg. of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 - 8 ounce pkg. of cream cheese
  • 1 - 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
  • 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook and drain macaroni, place in oven proof casserole. Meanwhile, melt
  2. Velveeta, sour cream and cream cheese in the butter.
  3. Add milk and stir until smooth.
  4. Add 1/3 of the mozzarella.
  5. Pour over macaroni
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Do not over-bake!
