Macaroni and Cheese
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 slices thick cut bacon
  • 1/4 c. onion, diced
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. smoked Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook bacn until crisp. Cook onion in bacon grease until softened. Add flour and stir well. Add the cream and milk; bring to a boil. Stir in the Gouda and simmer, stir in the cheddar and bring to a simmer. Add the parmesan and bring to a slight boil and add the macaroni. Place ina n oven proof dish and top with more cheddar. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes. Top with bread crumbs.
