Madeleine (muffin)
INGREDIENTS

  • 220g flour
  • 180g oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 200g white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree
  2. 2. Mix together eggs and sugar and vanilla and lemon juice for 8 minutes
  3. 3. Add the flour and baking powder and baking soda, then mix well
  4. 4. Add oil and mix
  5. 5. Fill the cupcakes to 3/4 of their sizes
  6. 6. Bake for 15min and enjoy
