Man-Handler Breakfast Bake

  • 3 (8 ounce cartons) Egg Beaters
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of fat free shredded pizza cheese (blend of low fat
  • mozzarella & cheddar
  • 1/2 pound Canadian Bacon, thinly sliced and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (7.5 ounce) can of buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits per roll)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non fat cooking spray
  3. In a bowl, mix egg beaters, cheese and Canadian bacon
  4. Set aside
  5. Arrange buscuits on bottom of prepared pan
  6. Pour egg mixture over biscuits ( You may need to press the biscuits down so
  7. they are covered by the eggs)
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
  9. Serve hot
