Mandarin Orange Fluff

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tub fat free cool whip
  • 1 lg container fat free cottage cheese
  • 1lg can mandarin oranges
  • 1sm can mandarin oranges
  • 2 1/2-3c mini marshmallows(I prefer the colored ones)
  • 1 box jello mix, orange, lemon, lime I think work best
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl place cottage cheese. Sprinkle jello mix on top and mix in until combined. Drain the mandarin oranges and place in bowl with cottage cheese mixture. Next add the marshmallows and combine well. Last add the cool whip. mix well so all is combined. Place in fridge for 1 hour

This is best served cold but can be eaten right after it is made if you can't wait to dig in.
