RECIPE BACKSTORY
I FOUND THIS RECIPE IN THE LIBRARY WHEN I WAS YOUNG AND JOTTED IT DOWN. MY FAMILY IS GERMAN AND MOST MARBLE CAKES ARE DRY. I FOUND THIS ONE IN HOPES IT WAS NOT. AND IT TURNED OUT NOT TO BE DRY BUT MOIST MOIST MOIST. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS RECIPE AND IT IS NOT TRADITIONAL IN HOW IT IS MADE. BUT IT WORKS and works well!
