Masala Prawns
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg prawns - deshell and removed veins
- 6 tbsp oil
- Ingredients A
- 2 heaped tsp ginger (grind to paste)
- 8 cloves garlic (grind to paste)
- 4 onion - cut to small cubes
- 4 tomatoes - cut to small cubes
- 8 black cardamons
- 8 cloves
- 2 stick cinnamon (3 cm)
- 2 bay leaf
- Ingredients B
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp yohurt
- coriander leaves to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil and fry ingredient A.
- When onions are brown and soft, add prawns, spice powder, salt and yoghurt.
- When prawns turned pink, remove and serve with garnish.
