Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 Russet Potatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup milk or chicken stock
  • 1 stick butter
  • Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel and cut potatoes.
  2. Boil potatoes in water until soft, approx 20 min.
  3. Drain and place potatoes in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add milk and 1/2 stick butter.
  5. Season with salt and pepper (TASTE!)
  6. Add more milk and butter as needed and desired.
